General Customer Eligibility

Any Myanmar Citizens with a proof of monthly income.
Joint Applicant – Official spouses are only allowed as Joint applicants.
Age must be between 25 to 55 for both applicant and joint applicant.
Applicants (if employee) must have at least 1 year at the current employer
Applicant eligibility will be considerable upon submission of certified true copies of the bank’s requirements.

Fees and Charges

Interest rate :	10% per annum
Interest calculation method :	Reducing amortization method
Application fees :	MMK –10,000 (a one-time handling fee)
Down Payment :	• Brand New Car – 20% • Used Car – 30%
Service charges (Upfront) :	2% flat rate upon the loan amount
Early Repayment Fees :	3 % on loan outstanding balance (if paid during the first 2 years of loan period)
Reschedule Fees :	1% flat rate (on the loan outstanding for rescheduling of the installment plan.)
Insurance :	To place insurance at Bank's appointed insurance company

One Passport Size Photo (Mandatory)
NRC copy of the applicant. (Mandatory)
Staff Identity Card Copy – If the applicant is an employee. (Mandatory)
Business License Copy-If the applicant is a businessman. (Mandatory)
Pay Slip or income proof for last 3 months. (Mandatory)
Bank Statement for last 3 months. (Optional)
Tax Slip for last one year (Optional)
Household List Copy (Mandatory)
Original Testimonial Letter from Ward Administration Office (Mandatory)
Vehicle Photos (Mandatory)
