Job Descriptions:
- Extensive knowledge of automated teller machines and applicable software.
- First-line maintenance (routine support, replacement and restocking of consumables such as paper and ink, and solving minor problems such as jams from currency, cards or paper.) Second-line maintenance (replacing or repairing worn parts as well as updating software)
- Coordinating with outside vendors for installations, fixes and maintenance.
- Knowledge and maintenance of CCTV
- Understanding of the status of ATM via CMS and report back to the section head.
- Daily reporting of ATM status and cash position to the section head.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in related field and must have extensive knowledge of ATMs and understand how they operate.
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- In charge of routine support, solving problems such as jams from currency or card, and network failures.
- Coordinating with outside vendors for proposals, ATM installations, fixes and maintenance.
- Have knowledge for maintenance of CCTV
- Respond to service calls in accordance with bank guidelines.
- Responsible for reporting all problem resolutions to senior personnel.
- Understand the status of ATM via CMS and report status and cash positions back to the section head daily.
- Must have an active personality and willingness to learn
- Need to work overtime if necessary
