Supervisor, Business Development

Job Descriptions:
- Perform in-depth analysis on Deposit Products and Bank’s Products, customer segments, market, etc.
- Conduct market research and ongoing review to monitor on the movement of the Deposit trends
- Work on identifying the issues/gaps and drive the branches and related sales teams on deposit growth and service improvement
- Participate in defining Deposit Products & Bank’s Products release plans and driving timely to achieve successfully.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to convey the good results while meeting deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and strengthen end-to-end process for the Deposit Products and other Banking Services
- Supports the manager in leading a team
- Occasionally influence others outside the organization with similar objectives to accept new concepts or processes
- Required to modify existing methods and approaches within own scope the benefit of existing procedures
- Apply broad knowledge of a single professional discipline achieved through moderate working experience, assist manager/ senior manager
- Execute other duties and projects as are reasonably required of your job, in order to maintain, promote, develop and expand the bank and its interests
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications
- At least (2) years of related experience within a commercial bank
- Good inter-personal, presentation and communication (both written & verbal) skills
- Able to use MS Office Application, Internet & Email
- Able to work under pressure and capable to solve problems while maintaining high level of professionalism
- Team player with high cooperation attitude and proactive
