Section Head, Business Process Improvement & Customer Service
Job Descriptions:
- Manage organization structure of branches and business units.
- Coordinate and arrange BO Projects, write and prepare documentation such as manual SOPs, Key control requirements, work flow for branches and work instruction, process management till getting approval and implementation.
- Standardize service delivery with best SLA (Service Level Agreement) in the country in all elements of the CS handbook.
- Improve call center operation (inbound call and social media) for a better customer satisfaction.
- Standardize operations by meeting customer expectations across branches and clearly highlight internal control requirements for branches compliance
- Provide Branch Training for operational process and new branch openings
Job Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of relevant working experience in Senior role in Banking Operations, preferably in area of Business Process Improvement and Customer Service or similar role
- Master/Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of banking and finance, business management or other relevant academic backgrounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and English
- Good Leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently, organized, creative and lead a team.
- Good understanding of internal banking structure and develop the necessary internal functions.
