Section Head, Business Process Improvement & Customer Service

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage organization structure of branches and business units.
  • Coordinate and arrange BO Projects, write and prepare documentation such as manual SOPs, Key control requirements, work flow for branches and work instruction, process management till getting approval and implementation.
  • Standardize service delivery with best SLA (Service Level Agreement) in the country in all elements of the CS handbook.
  • Improve call center operation (inbound call and social media) for a better customer satisfaction.
  • Standardize operations by meeting customer expectations across branches and clearly highlight internal control requirements for branches compliance
  • Provide Branch Training for operational process and new branch openings

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of relevant working experience in Senior role in Banking Operations, preferably in area of Business Process Improvement and Customer Service or similar role
  • Master/Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of banking and finance, business management or other relevant academic backgrounds.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and English
  • Good Leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently, organized, creative and lead a team.
  • Good understanding of internal banking structure and develop the necessary internal functions.
