Manager, Finance & Reporting
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare monthly financial analysis reports and submit to CEO
- Prepare BOD Monthly report for financial performance and submit to EXCO and BOD Office
- Perform financial analysis functions and reports assigned by EXCO, BOD, CEO and MD
- Perform the following program and analysis
- (i) Strict Budgetary Control – To meet the Business Target Plan and Strategic Control by Management – Control in internal operations and cash
- (ii) Financial Analysis- To provide management with insights on the banks balance sheet and income performance and adjustments needed to be resolved
- (iii) MIS with the Head of IT – Together with IT, to build MIS and reporting system to automate all regulatory, management and operations reporting

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Finance or any related field
- Diploma in Banking or relevant field is a plus
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Banking and Finance Industry
- Professional attitude, communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, coupled with organizational skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English (Writing + Speaking)
