Design Lead
Location: Region – Yangon, Township – Kyauttada

Job Descriptions:
- Responsible in selling products and providing the financial services to the Clients
- Responsible for the Quality, Creativity and Delivery of the projects which are overseeing, along with revenue generated on these projects and team satisfaction.
- Create and oversee a wide range of graphics and layouts for bank products and websites
- Create and oversee layout plan design and 2D/3D dimension structure for events and campaign
- Problem solves any design problem creativity and effectively
- Great Time management and follow through deadline of project scope
- Great coordinating within given budget and aim always strive to output the best quality no matter what
- Always thinking of ways to improve design concepts
- Be a team player, since you will be working with other in-house creatives, be open minded to sharing new ideas and have a growth mind-set, willingness to learn and share knowledge
- Ability to give design notes and fix designs as needed in a short period of time
- Come up with design strategy within given scheduled timeline and implemented the design effectively
- Manage designs for backdrop, media banner, window stand, standees for events and campaigns
- Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, style and submitting them for approval
- Liaise with Internal Departments on branding design and production from start to finish
- Handle the client management and coordinate with outside agencies and art services as necessary
- Responsible for leading Design Team and defining short/long term tactical plans of the team
- Frequently influence others outside the organization with similar objectives to accept new concepts or processes
- Required to modify existing methods and approaches within own scope/role responsibilities without the benefit of existing procedures, but occasionally affects others area
- Manage and lead team with deep knowledge of a single area within a function/ broad knowledge of multiple areas within a function
- Execute other duties and projects as are reasonably required of your job, in order to maintain, promote, develop and expand the bank and its interests
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Master Degree holder in any specialization Business Management, Banking, Finance, or equivalent
- Any Bachelor Degree, preferred Certificate or Diploma in related field
- Minimum over 4 years work experience in Design field
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including In QuarkXPress, Adobe Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro and After Effect
- Must have knowledge about marketing materials like POP Stand, Box Stand, etc., and in touch with the process
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Keep an eye out for interesting campaigns, design trends and marketing ideas both locally and internationally and share with the team to keep everyone up to date
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Can communicate well with visual and verbally
- Know basic rules and regulation behind the creative field such as Copyright Law, Trademark law
- Have intermediate knowledge of researching and writing reports to propose branding concepts
