Assistant Supervisor, Payments & Receipts

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and record day to day operation payments and voucher to align with internal policies and guideline .
  • Communicate with HO department / Branches and Suppliers  
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to Assistant Manager & Section Head.   
  • Prepare and recognize daily expenditures in the budget  
  • Budget Control Vs. Charges account report  
  • Check and perform complete document set for the summarized document files 
  • Prepare the Internal bank transfer list of Departments/Branches monthly  
  • Prepare cost allocation and report to Assistant Manager & Section Head 
  • Assist and provide information to External and Internal Auditors  
  • Ad-hoc tasks which were assigned by management.  

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years working experience in operation payments and vouchering of Accounting & Finance at Banking Industry 
  • Prefer who can properly communicate English both writing and speaking   
  • Good in MS Excel and MS Words  
  • Experience in communication with HO department / Branches and Suppliers
