Assistant Manager (Payments and Receipts)
Location: Region – Yangon, Township – Kyauttada
Employment Type – Full Time
Job Descriptions:
- Check day to day operation payments and voucher to align with internal policies and guideline.
- Communicate with HO department / Branches and Suppliers
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to Section Head.
- Control and monitor in cash advance payment
- Compare and monitor the actual and budget.
- Budget Control Vs Charges account report
- Check the monthly prepaid amounts
- Review the cashflow of PC charges monthly
- Prepare cost allocation and report to Section Head
- Assist and provide information to External and Internal Auditors
- Ad-hoc tasks which were assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- 3 or 5 years working experience in operation payments and vouchering of Accounting & Finance at Banking Industry
- Prefer who can communicate English both writing and speaking
- Good in MS Excel and MS Words
- Experience in communication with HO department / Branches and Suppliers
