Assistant Manager (Payments and Receipts)

Location: Region – Yangon, Township – Kyauttada

Employment Type – Full Time

Job Descriptions:

  • Check day to day operation payments and voucher to align with internal policies and guideline. 
  • Communicate with HO department / Branches and Suppliers 
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to Section Head.  
  • Control and monitor in cash advance payment 
  • Compare and monitor the actual and budget. 
  • Budget Control Vs Charges account report 
  • Check the monthly prepaid amounts  
  • Review the cashflow of PC charges monthly 
  • Prepare cost allocation and report to Section Head
  • Assist and provide information to External and Internal Auditors 
  • Ad-hoc tasks which were assigned by management. 

Job Requirements:

  • 3 or 5 years working experience in operation payments and vouchering of Accounting & Finance at Banking Industry
  • Prefer who can communicate English both writing and speaking  
  • Good in MS Excel and MS Words 
  • Experience in communication with HO department / Branches and Suppliers
