Job Descriptions:
- OPERATIONS COE AND TRANSFORMATION
- Supporting role for organization structure of branches and business units.
- Coordinate and support BO Projects, write manual SOPs, work instructions and process flow
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Banking Operations, preferably in area of Business Process Improvement role
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of banking and finance, business management or other relevant academic backgrounds.
- Able to work under pressure and supporting to heads.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and English
- Good understanding of internal banking structure.
