Assistant Manager, Business Process Improvement Unit (Loan Operation) 

Job Descriptions:

  • Supporting role in organizational structure of branches and business units.
  • Coordinate and support BO Projects, write manual SOPs, work instructions and process flow
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Banking Operations, preferably in area of Business Process Improvement role
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of banking and finance, business management or other relevant academic backgrounds.
  • Able to work under pressure and supporting to Heads of Department.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and English
  • Good understanding of internal banking structure.
