To support the effective implementation of the Bank’s Risk Management Framework by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating key risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing timely risk reporting to management and committees.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Work together and keep along with Manager to make sure to have a continuous operation.
Assist in formulating and reviewing strategies, policies, guidelines and processes with suitable tools.
Support the development and enhancement of tools for identification, assessment, measurement, monitoring, control, and reporting of risks, ensuring alignment with Shwe Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements, and managing risks within delegated authority limits.
Assist and participate in overseeing and managing day-to-day risk management operation
Participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling all material risks using suitable measurement techniques, reporting tools, and communication channels.
Support the development, translation, and coordination of policies and procedures with relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with existing rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Proactively contributes to the enhancement of monitoring, controlling, and reporting tools to manage current and potential future risks in accordance with Shwe Bank’s policies, actively participating in risk management to remain within established risk limits.
Manage inter-departmental circulation of policies, maintain control over documentation, and ensure proper record-keeping.
. JOB SPECIFICATION
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
Diploma or Certificate in risk management or Business Law is preferred
At least 2 years of experience in risk management, preferably in Myanmar banks, financial institutions, or corporate sectors.
Good understanding of credit, operational, market, liquidity, compliance, and strategic risks.
Familiarity with Central Bank of Myanmar regulations and local banking guidelines; knowledge of Basel II/III frameworks is an advantage. Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.Technical

Monitor KRIs and organizational limits.
